Dr. Tayade has been actively involved in teaching of undergraduate and graduate students. His teaching evaluations are outstanding. His students refer to him as “wonderful mentor”, “an engaging and visibly passionate teacher” and that “more Queen’s students deserve the opportunity to benefit from Dr. Tayade’s uniquely engaging and passionate teaching style.” Dr. Tayade is involved in teaching a variety of undergraduate anatomy and microbiology courses while also involved at the graduate level by teaching an anatomy course specializing in pregnancy and birth. In addition, Dr. Tayade is the Director of the Human Placenta Workshop, the only internationally recognized human placenta workshop in the world dedicated to understanding the anatomy and biology of the placenta. During his association with this workshop, Dr. Tayade has trained 169 trainees from 35 countries.
